Detachments of the Anti-Crime Directorate arrested a gang specialized in stealing tik-tok bikes east of Baghdad. The Directorate stated in a statement: 'The Baghdad Anti-Crime Detachments /Husseiniyat Al-Ma'amel Office/ arrested a gang consisting of three defendants wanted in theft cases in accordance with the provisions of Article (446) of the Penal Code for carrying out several theft operations within the Husseiniyat Al-Ma'amel area, east of Baghdad, and seized in their possession different types of weapons with a motorcycle (tik-tok).' It added: 'The detachments arrested three other accused of assaulting and shooting at the detachment while executing the arrest warrants, and seized the vehicle used.'
