A source in Diyala Electricity told the correspondent of the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA /: "A technical failure occurred in one of the main power lines after a bird was electrocuted while standing on an electric wire, which led to the isolation of the transmission line and the power outage in two villages southwest of Baquba."
