Four people were killed and two were wounded on Tuesday when Israeli war jets and artillery struck border towns in southern Lebanon, the Lebanese Ministry of Health said. A Lebanese security source told Petra's reporter in Beirut that the aircraft struck a house in the village of Meifdun, near Nabatieh, killing four and at least one person was wounded in a raid on the town of Al Khiyam. A boy was also wounded in Israeli artillery shelling of the outskirts of the town of Wazzani this morning, and raids were reported in other locations in the border region, said the source.
