Baghdad: Detachments of the General Directorate of Intelligence and Security arrested (3) terrorist elements in Kirkuk Governorate. The Directorate stated in a statement that its detachments carried out a qualitative operation following intelligence information, which resulted in the arrest of three terrorist elements in Kirkuk Governorate, whom arrest warrants were issued against them in accordance with the provisions of Article (4) of the Anti-Terrorism Law, and they were referred to the competent investigative authorities.
