Eleven Palestinian citizens, including children, were injured in an Israeli drone strike targeting tents sheltering displaced people inside the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah, central Gaza Strip. The injured received immediate treatment amid deteriorating humanitarian conditions due to ongoing occupation attacks, according to the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA), citing medical sources. In a separate incident, paramedics of the Palestinian Red Crescent reported several injuries following an Israeli airstrike on a house in Al-Shuja'iya neighborhood in eastern Gaza City. The injured were taken to Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital in the city, where they are receiving treatment as airstrikes continue to hit various parts of the Strip. An Israeli airstrike targeted the eastern area of Gaza City, part of the ongoing offensive on the Gaza Strip that began on Oct. 7, 2023.
