The Municipality of /Deir al-Balah/ confirmed that the Zionist entity continues to oppress the residents and reduce the humanitarian space in the city in the middle of the Gaza Strip. The municipality indicated, in a statement, that the occupation has caused new suffering for the city's residents with the new displacement of about 100,000 citizens, and the exit of 20 shelters from service, after the residents requested the evacuation of new neighborhoods in the city, and their crowding in the west of it, noting that /Deir al-Balah/, which the occupation classified from the first moments of its aggression on the Gaza Strip, a "safe humanitarian area", has now become home to nearly more than half of the residents of the Strip, due to its exposure to further escalation and targeting, which has caused difficulty in providing services to the residents, and the exit of many humanitarian institutions and facilities from service. It called on the international community to pressure the authorities to stop the polic y of forced displacement, which has become an adopted methodology by the occupation to make every spot in the Gaza Strip unsafe and uninhabitable. Yesterday, Wednesday, the Zionist entity's army distributed forced evacuation orders for new areas in Deir al-Balah, noting that it will operate militarily in the area, which caused displacement and a humanitarian tragedy for the displaced families. The targeted area includes large parts of Salah al-Din Street and other neighborhoods crowded with displaced people and residents in the city and shelters, and is close to the only Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah.
