Baghdad: Our youth football team left the Arab World Championship (West Asia) despite its victory this evening, Sunday, on its Lebanese counterpart with 2-0 due to the goal difference, as our team needed only one goal to secure the best second card among the three groups. Our team's goals were scored by players Helgurd Qais and Sadad Haji, but the victory was not enough for the team to qualify, as the Jordanian team qualified as the champion of Group Two after its victory today over the Albanian team, while the Saudi team qualified as the champion of Group One and the UAE team qualified as the champion of Group Three, while the best second card went to the Yemeni team with the same balance as our team with five points, but the goal difference worked in favor of the Yemeni team to reach the semi-finals.
