The Youth and Sports Deputy Minister, Nabih Abu Shusa, honored today in Sana'a the winners of the goalball tournament for the blind, organized by the General Federation of Sports for Persons with Disabilities to Prophet Muhammad's birthday commemorate. The tournament, which lasted for five days at the 22 May Club in the capital, with the support of the Youth Welfare Fund, was attended by six sports teams representing "Al-Nour Center for the Blind, Ibsar Center, Cultural Center, Blind Association, University Dormitory, and Blind Development Center." The head of the General Federation for Sports for Persons with Disabilities and head of the tournament's supervisory committee, Abdrabah Nasser Hameed, reviewed the stages of preparation and preparation for the goalball tournament for the blind, in which six sports teams from associations and centers for the blind in the capital's secretariat participated. He praised the support and sponsorship of the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Youth and Youth Welfare F und for this championship. At the conclusion of the tournament, Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports Nabih Abu Shusa, Undersecretary of the Ministry for the Sports Sector Ali Hadban, Assistant Undersecretary of the Sports Sector Hussein Al-Khoulani, Deputy Director of the Fund for the Disabled Othman Al-Salawi, Abdrabah Nasser Hamid, President of the General Federation for Sports for Persons with Disabilities, and Ahmed Al-Qamra, President of the General Federation for Deaf Sports, honored the technical committee of the tournament and the first place winners as follows: University Center first place, Al-Nour Center for the Blind second place, and Development Center third place with medals, cups and financial prizes, and honoring the winners of the cultural activity accompanying the championship.
