BETHLEHEM: A Palestinian young man sustained a gunshot wound today during confrontations that erupted with Israeli occupation forces in the town of Tuqu, to the southeast of Bethlehem in the occupied West Bank, according to Palestinian security sources. Israeli occupation forces reportedly fired live ammunition and tear gas canisters during the confrontations in the town. As a result, a 20-year-old man suffered a gunshot wound to the abdomen, with his condition described as serious. He was immediately transported to hospital for treatment.
