The Yemeni Media Union condemned the targeting of the US-Saudi aggression on the Hodeida Radio building in Al-Hawk district, which led to significant damage to the building and the martyrdom and injury of dozens of civilians and security personnel present in it. In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the union considered the direct targeting of a civilian media facility a war crime that does not have a statute of limitations. Direct killings and targeting of civilian objects are war crimes in accordance with international laws and conventions that guarantee the right to life for civilians and the protection of civilian and service objects, he said. The statement denounced the deliberate violation of these rights by America and Britain, taking advantage of the international silence towards what the Palestinian people are subjected to in the Gaza Strip. He pointed out that the US-British aggression on Yemen comes against the backdrop of Yemen's support for the Palestinian cause. The Yeme ni Media Union called on all free people in various countries of the world to support the Palestinian cause, condemn the targeting of media professionals and media and civil institutions in Yemen, and expose the crimes and violations of the Zionists with American and British support and sponsorship. The statement stressed that the silent about the crimes committed by the Zionist, American, and British enemy is a partner in them. Source: Yemen News Agency
