The Women's Committee in Manakhah District, Sana'a Province, organized a cultural event on Imam Zaid martyrdom anniversary - peace be upon them - under the slogan "Insight and Jihad". The speeches called for the importance of commemorating this anniversary to urge people to bear responsibility and stand up for the injustice that the Palestinians are exposed to; embodying the saying of Imam Zaid - peace be upon him - "By God, the Book of God does not let me be silent". They stressed that Imam Zaid's revolution was an extension of the revolution of his grandfather Imam Hussein - peace be upon him - in defense of God's religion and confronting the forces of tyranny. The Women's Committee also organized a vigil to denounce the Zionist enemy crimes against the oppressed Palestinians.
