The second popular festival for the Prophet's Birthday, organized by the Tahrir Directorate in Amanat Al-Asimah, was attended by a large number of people from different segments of society. The festival, which is organized with the support of the Charitable Society for Teaching the Holy Qur'an and its Sciences from 1 to 10 Rabiul Awwal, aimed to consolidate and strengthen the love of the Messenger of Allah in people's souls. Poet Karrar Al-Suwari recited a poem that spoke about the Yemeni people's desire to celebrate the Prophet's birthday because it reminds Muslims of the need to follow his path and morals, and to counter the voices that claim that celebrating the Prophet's birthday is a heresy, or minimize the importance of these celebrations.
