The West Coast Medical Complex in Hodeida province held a celebration on Sunday marking the anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad's birth, under the theme "The Messenger of God is Our Role Model." Colonel Abdulrazzaq al-Madwahi, Director of the complex, emphasized that the participation of health sector employees in this event is a tribute to the noble values of the Prophet and reflects their deep love and loyalty to him, peace be upon him. Al-Madwahi noted that commemorating the Prophet's birth amid current challenges underscores the commitment of the Yemeni people to supporting the Messenger and addressing the issues facing the Islamic nation. This celebration reaffirms the connection between Yemen's people of wisdom and faith and the Noble Messenger. In his speech, scholar Abdulrahman al-Warafi highlighted the significance of celebrating the Prophet's birth against the backdrop of Yemen's staunch support for the Palestinian cause. Al-Warafi contrasted Yemen's steadfastness with the betrayal and normaliz ation efforts of some Arab leaders, describing this commemoration as a testament to the Yemeni people's resolve and adherence to the Prophet's teachings. The event featured two poems, various chanting segments, and an operetta celebrating the Prophet's love and the significance of his birthday, reflecting the importance of honoring this occasion in a manner befitting the Prophet's status and the Muhammadan message.
