RAMALLAH: Partially cloudy skies are expected today in Palestine with no change in temperature but the weather remains relatively cold in the mountainous areas and warm in the rest of the country, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department. A slight chance of scattered rain showers are expected in some areas. Winds are easterly to northeasterly, light to moderate, and sea waves are low.
