Wall Resistance Commission Reports 1,396 Violations by Israeli Forces and Colonists in November.

Ramallah: Israeli forces and colonists committed 1,396 attacks against Palestinians, their land, and properties in November, according to the Head of the Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission, Minister Mo'ayyad Sha'ban. According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the monthly report stated that the Israeli military was responsible for 1,086 violations, while colonists carried out 310 attacks. The report highlighted that 273 attacks took place in Ramallah, 253 in Hebron, and 204 in Nablus. The reported violations included armed attacks on Palestinian villages, land confiscation, field executions, property destruction, tree uprooting, closures, and the erection of checkpoints fragmenting Palestinian territories. The report documented 310 attacks by colonists, with 77 incidents in Ramallah, 73 in Hebron, 63 in Nablus, and 34 in Salfit. Among these were attempts to establish eight new colonial outposts in areas such as Hebron, Bethlehem, Ramallah, Nablus, and Jericho, many designated as co lonial pastures. Minister Sha'ban pointed out increased violence during the olive harvest season, which began in October. He accused Israel of using armed colonial militias to disrupt the harvest. Colonists were reported to have damaged, uprooted, poisoned, or burned 1,806 trees, including 1,762 olive trees, across 42 attacks, primarily in Nablus and Ramallah, followed by Hebron and Bethlehem. The Israeli authorities reportedly confiscated 177 dunums of Palestinian land in Salfit and Nablus through two military orders. The first order expropriated 166 dunums in Salfit, while the second declared 10 dunums in the village of Burin, Nablus, as "state land." The report also noted 52 demolition operations impacting 63 structures, including 27 inhabited homes, two uninhabited homes, and 17 agricultural structures, mainly in Jerusalem, Hebron, and Nablus. Moreover, 23 demolition notices were issued, with most targeting Qalqilya and Nablus. In November, Israeli authorities advanced five colonial expansion plans, a iming to construct 311 colonial units over 69 dunums in the West Bank and 800 units on 12 dunums in occupied Jerusalem.
