Venezuela beats Ecuador 2-1 and Mexico edged Jamaica by 1-0 in the Group B matches of the COPA America tournament held in the US. In California's Levi's Stadium Ecuador scored first in the 40 minute of the match via Jeremy Sarmineto, however, Venezuela struck back twice in the 64 and 74 minutes of the match through Jhonder Cadiz and Eduard Bello respectively winning the match for their team and the three points. In the second match, Mexico barely edged Jamaica in the game played at the NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas, United States with Mexico scoring the only goal at the 69 minute via Gerardo Arteaga.
