US Ambassador Alina Romanowski revealed today, Thursday, her country's assistance to Iraq with $3.6 billion in the file of internally and externally displaced persons. Romanowski said in a post on the (X) platform that read, "Did you know that since the atrocities of ISIS in 2014, we have provided Iraq with about $3.6 billion in life-saving aid," indicating, "Our work did not stop there, as the United States will continue to partner with the Iraqi government, non-governmental organizations and civil society to meet the humanitarian needs of Iraqi refugees and internally displaced persons.
