JENIN: Israeli occupation forces today raided the town of Qabatiya, south of Jenin, and surrounded a house. Security and local sources said that Israeli undercover special forces stromed the said town and surrounded a house before the occupation forces sent military reinforcements to the vicinity of the house. The occupation forces also detained the young man, Ahmed Sati Abu al-Rab, after vandalizing the contents of his house. The occupation forces stopped several vehicles and searched them near Al-Furqan Mosque in the town, coinciding with the students leaving their schools, which caused a state of fear and panic among the citizens. Meanwhile, the forces fired live bullets at the journalists while they were covering the raid. Source: Palestine News and Information Agency – WAFA
