The Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) revealed that the evacuation orders issued by the Israeli authorities are forcing people in Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip, to flee anywhere. The agency's Commissioner-General, Philippe Lazzarini, said on the 'X' platform: 'Since the start of the war, most people in Gaza have been displaced several times, at a rate of once a month on average, and some Gazans have no choice but to remain in UNRWA shelter centers that were bombed,' noting "The claim that there are safe areas is false and misleading, as there is no safe place in Gaza.'
