New York: The United Nations Security Council is scheduled to hold a briefing session on the Palestinian issue on Tuesday, focusing specifically on the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip. Council members will hear a briefing from Sigrid Kaag, the UN Senior Humanitarian and Reconstruction Coordinator for Gaza, in line with Resolution 2720 dated December 22, 2023.
