Ukraine announced on Tuesday that it had shot down 27 of the 35 drones launched by Russia during the attack on Monday evening. In a statement, the Ukrainian Air Force said that Russian forces used three ballistic missiles and one guided missile during the attack. In a related statement, the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported that Russia's losses in Ukraine amounted to about 8601 tanks, 16786 armored vehicles, 17646 artillery systems and other equipment. Additionally, 940 air defense systems, 368 aircraft, 328 helicopters, 14,537 drones, 2,557 cruise missiles, 28 warships, one submarine, and 23,925 automotive equipment and tank trucks were also destroyed. Furthermore, 1300 Russian soldiers were reported to have been injured in various combat zones over the past 24 hours.
