Two Palestinians were killed on Sunday morning as a result of an Israeli occupation forces' airstrike on a vehicle in the West Bank city of Jenin. The Palestinian Red Crescent Society reported in a statement that an Israeli drone targeted a civilian vehicle near the Batikha roundabout in central Jenin, resulting in the vehicle's complete incineration and the deaths of those inside. A passerby was also injured by shrapnel from the explosion. The Jenin Governmental Hospital confirmed in a statement that two bodies were brought to the hospital after being pulled from the targeted vehicle. One of the deceased was identified as Mahmoud Raafat Darasi, aged 28, while the identity of the second individual has yet to be determined. The hospital emphasized that both bodies arrived severely burned. With the deaths of the two men in Jenin, the total number of Palestinians killed in the West Bank, including occupied Jerusalem, since October 7th has risen to 635, including 147 children, along with approximately 5,400 in juries.
