The Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed Wednesday condolences to Kuwait over the victims of the fire that broke out in a residential building in Al-Mangaf, south of Kuwait City. In a statement, the Turkish Ministry extended its sincere condolences to the families of the deceased and to the people of Kuwait, and wished a speedy recovery for the injured.
