ANKARA: Turkish Foreign Minister, Hakan Fidan, stressed that Israel's closure of the Rafah-Egypt border crossing, the targeting of aid convoys, the killing of humanitarian aid workers, and preventing the sick and wounded from evacuating to hospitals abroad are crimes against humanity and the first phase of the genocide carried out on the other side of the border. The Turkish Foreign Minister's remarks came following a visit to Egypt's al-Arish port and Rafah border with Egypt. He called on the international community to break its silence in the face of Israeli oppression, urging for greater efforts to ensure that aid reaches Gaza without obstacles and interruptions. Fidan also reiterated his country's unwavering support for the Palestinian people, stressing that Turkey will continue to honor its legal and moral obligations.
