Minister of Transport,Wissam Tahtamouni, received on Tuesday the Director General of the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA), Saif Mohammed Al Suwaidi, in the presence of the Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission (CARC) Chief Commissioner, Haitham Misto. During the meeting, Tahtamouni lauded the ties between Jordan and the UAE, and praised the permanent and joint cooperation between the two countries in various developmental fields. Tahtamouni commended CARC and GCAA's efforts through coordination and exchange of expertise in the air transportation field for the benefit of the two countries. For his part, Al Suwaidi expressed his pleasure to visit Jordan within the framework of enhancing bilateral cooperation in the air transportation sector, pointing out that the GCAA is ready to provide all aspects of support in technical matters and exchange of expertise and training in the sector.
