Transport , Guidance , Hajj and Umrah Affairs Ministries discussed, in today's meeting ,Tuesday, the implementation of a joint working mechanism to facilitate and organize the movement of transportation of pilgrims to the Holy House of God by air and land in a way that contributes to alleviating the burdens and suffering of travel on them during the Hajj season for the current year 1445 AH. The meeting, which included the Minister of Transport in the caretaker government, Abdul Wahab Al-Durrah, and the Minister of Guidance , Hajj and Umrah Affairs, Najeeb Al-Ajji, touched on the early preparations and arrangements for the process of transporting and organizing the dispatch of the Guests of God to the Holy Lands and Sites via Sana'a International Airport and the Al-Wadiah land port. The meeting approved the formation of joint committees between the two ministries and the concerned and security authorities that work around the clock through a joint operations room to communicate and coordinate with companies and agencies approved for the Hajj season to collect information data on Yemeni pilgrims. At the meeting, Transport Minister of the caretaker government confirmed that the meeting comes in implementation of the directives of the President of the Supreme Political Council for early , good preparation , preparation to provide the best services , facilities in transporting the guests of God by air and land, avoiding any problems they may encounter, and working to solve them in a timely manner. In turn, the caretaker Minister of Guidance, Hajj and Umrah Affairs pointed out the importance of coordination with the Ministry of Transport to make the process of sending pilgrims to the Holy House of God a success for the current year. He stressed that the Ministry of Guidance and Hajj and Umrah Affairs is working to strengthen its organizational and administrative capabilities to provide a conducive and safe environment for pilgrims and Umrah pilgrims, which contributes to facilitating the performance of their ritua ls , achieving their comfort and safety. The meeting was attended by the Deputy Minister of Guidance, Fouad Naji, the Undersecretary of the Hajj and Umrah Sector, Abdul Rahman Al-Naami, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transport for the Air Transport Sector, Abdullah Al-Ansi, the Chairman of the Civil Aviation Authority, Dr. Muhammad Abdul Qadir, the Acting Chairman of the Board of Directors of Yemen Airways, Khalil Jahaf, and the directors of Sana'a Airport, Khaled. Al-Shayef, Air Transport at the Civil Aviation Authority Dr. Mazen Ghanem, representatives of the Land Transport Regulatory Authority, security authorities, companies and travel agencies approved for the Hajj season, with a number of recommendations and proposals that contribute to facilitating and succeeding the process of sending pilgrims to the Holy House of God for the current year.
