The traffic police called on drivers of cars and vehicles to adhere to safe driving, avoid excessive speed and not be preoccupied with other than the road, during rain and weather fluctuations in the coming days to ensure the safety of everyone. In a statement issued by Saba, the traffic police warned drivers of the danger of rockslides on the roads in areas witnessing heavy rain, as this poses a danger to their lives. It also called on drivers to exercise caution and caution as rain continues to fall in different areas of the country, low horizontal visibility in long lines and over mountainous heights, and the possibility of torrential rains flowing on roads, mountain slopes and low-lying areas. It urged drivers to adhere to the speed limit while activating the speed reduction system on the roads, maintain an appropriate safety distance from other vehicles, not to apply the brakes suddenly, and to slow down significantly when cornering to prevent cars and vehicles from slipping.
