Baghdad, Russian President Vladimir Putin was sworn in as president of the country for the fifth time. After taking the oath, Putin said, "In these moments, I thank from my heart all citizens throughout Russia, and I also bow in reverence to Russia's defenders and those who are fighting within the framework of the Russian military operation in Ukraine." He added, "The Constitution stipulates the protection of the Russian people, which is a great responsibility. It determined my work in the past, and will determine my work in the future.
