A force from the Ninth Brigade in the Northern and Eastern Tigris Operations Command of the Popular Mobilization Forces found a number of remnants of war east of Salah al-Din. A statement by the Popular Mobilization Authority stated: "The brigade forces, in cooperation with the Third Regiment of the 88th Brigade, and based on accurate intelligence information, found the remnants in the village of Naameh, which consisted of explosive devices and bombs, and the remnants of war were treated without any incidents."
