Baghdad, The Popular Mobilization Forces announced today, Monday, the foiling of a terrorist plan to target farmers by planting 11 explosive devices in the southwest of Kirkuk Governorate. A statement by the PMF media stated, 'Based on accurate intelligence information, a PMF force was able to find 11 explosive devices planted on farmers' lands in the Yorgun area, southwest of Kirkuk, and the devices were safely dismantled.' The statement indicated, 'The Popular Mobilization Forces had previously begun securing the harvesting of wheat and barley crops in Kirkuk within the sector of responsibility.'
