The Permanent Political Affairs Committee of the Asian Parliamentary Assembly recommended, after its meeting held today, Friday, in the capital, Baghdad, that a list of recommendations be approved and communicated to the international community to stop all humanitarian violations and crimes committed by the Zionist aggression in the occupied Palestinian territories.
The list of recommendations included:-
1. Emphasizing the right of the Palestinian people to struggle and legitimate resistance by all available means
establishing an independent Palestinian state with al-Quds as its capital.
2. Stop all acts of aggression in all their forms immediately and unconditionally.
3. Lifting the unjust siege on Gaza and delivering urgent relief aid to the Palestinian people.
4. Establishing a fund for the reconstruction of cities destroyed by the criminal Zionist entity.
5. Calling on the international community to adopt unified standards in dealing with similar issues.
6. Calling on the international community to put pressure on the criminal Zionist entity to stop the war immediately and adhere to international humanitarian covenants and conventions, since what is happening threatens peace and security in the Middle East region.
7. Determining the right of the Palestinian people to establish their independent state with al-Quds as its capital.
8. Call to support granting Palestine full membership in the United Nations.
9. Rejecting and stopping the plans of the criminal Zionist entity aimed at annexing the entire Palestinian Jordan Valley, the northern Dead Sea, and the settlements in the Palestinian territories in the occupied territories.
10. Rejecting the criminal Zionist entity’s plans to displace the people of Gaza and the West Bank beyond borders
Palestinian state.
11. Ending the occupation and aggression of the criminal Zionist entity on all Palestinian, Syrian and Lebanese lands, as it represents the path to peace, stability and prosperity in the Middle East.
12. Release all Palestinian and Arab prisoners from the prisons of the criminal Zionist entity.
13. Stop all Judaization projects that target Islamic and Christian sanctities.
14. Urging the International Criminal Court to conduct a comprehensive investigation into the war crimes committed in Gaza.
15. Urging members of the International Parliament to remove the criminal Zionist entity from membership in its Anti-Terrorism Committee.
