The two members of Parliament for the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Dylan Ghafoor and Kaylan Qadir, refused to establish a headquarters for the Popular Mobilization Forces in the Shura area, north of the city of Kirkuk, next to the Joint Operations Command in Kirkuk.
In a press conference in the Shurao area with a number of the neighborhood's residents, they affirmed their rejection of the measures taken by the Popular Mobilization.
