Gaza: The death toll from the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has surged to 72,120 civilians, according to medical sources.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency, the total death toll in the Gaza Strip includes mostly women and children, with casualties reaching 171,802 since the aggression began on October 7, 2023. In the last 24 hours, Gaza hospitals have admitted the bodies of three slain Palestinians and one casualty.
Since a ceasefire agreement went into effect at noon on October 10, 2025, occupation forces have killed 636 Palestinians and injured 1,704 others. During this period, the bodies of 753 Palestinians have been retrieved.
Additionally, at least 10,000 people remain unaccounted for, presumed dead under the rubble of their homes across the Strip. The Israeli aggression has led to the forceful displacement of nearly two million people from the Gaza Strip, with the majority being moved to the densely populated southern city of Rafah near the Egyptian border. This has become the largest mass displacement of Palestinians since the 1948 Nakba.
