The occupation municipality crews raid the towns and neighborhoods in Jerusalem on a daily basis, and post demolition notices and summonses to the municipality, under the pretext of building without a permit, while the Jerusalemite complains about not obtaining building permits in the city and the imposition of 'unreasonable' conditions that cost millions of shekels for the licensing procedures, which are 'general procedures and it is not certain that a permit will be obtained.'
