Baghdad: The National Security Council held its ninth session for the year 2024 today, Tuesday, headed by the National Security Adviser, Qasim Al-Araji, and in the presence of the council members. The National Security Advisory stated in a statement, "The council discussed the topics included on the agenda, and took the necessary decisions and recommendations regarding them." The Advisory added, "The council discussed the file (practicing securities trading by unlicensed companies) and directed that the recommendations be referred to the relevant authorities for approval." The council also discussed "a group of security memoranda of understanding, and took appropriate decisions regarding them." Source: National Iraqi News Agency
