The Ministry of Interior issued a clarification regarding the events of the demonstration in front of the Ministry of Finance. The ministry said in a statement that at 6:40 pm, today, Monday, a demonstration started in front of the Ministry of Finance, and while some demonstrators closed the doors of the ministry and the roads leading to it, the security services began their duty according to the legal procedures to prevent these people from closing them. It added: "Security forces were deployed for the safety of the demonstrators, after riots occurred that led to the injury of a number of members of the force carrying out the duty, and the situation was controlled and the situation returned to stability and calm within the area where the demonstration took place." It is mentioned that a massive demonstration was launched this morning, Monday, in front of the Ministry of Finance, by graduates of the medical professions in Baghdad, batch 2023, to demand appointment.
