Minister of Migration and Displacement, Evan Faiq Jabro, received the head of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) mission, Giorgi Gigauri, at the ministry's headquarters in central Baghdad. The ministry stated in a statement that: "During the meeting, cooperation and joint coordination between the ministry and the IOM were discussed regarding the conditions of the ministry's care categories." The meeting also witnessed a discussion of the ministry's steps to close the camps and ensure the safe return of families, and the organization's role in supporting returnees to their original areas and including them in income-generating projects.
