A statement by the Ministry of Interior stated: 'The Minister of Interior and his accompanying delegation visited the Iranian Police College, met a number of its officials and discussed with them the mechanism of enhancing joint cooperation in the areas of exchanging experiences.' According to the statement, the Minister reviewed the training curriculum and raising the level of physical fitness, and discussed a number of topics about transferring educational and research experiences between the two sides, to raise the level of security academic education, strengthen ties, and exchange practical experiences that are applied in professional police work. The statement added: 'The visit witnessed a group of discussions aimed at developing the skills and capabilities of officers and members of the Internal Security Forces.
