The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Naeem Al-Aboudi, arrived today, Thursday, in the Turkish capital, Ankara, on a two-day official visit, based on an invitation from the Chairman of the Higher Education Authority, Erwal Ozvar, to discuss joint cooperation programs among educational institutions in the two countries. The Iraqi Embassy in Ankara stated, 'The Minister was received by the Deputy Chairman of the Higher Education Authority, Khaldun Kok Tash, the Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to Ankara, Majid Al-Lajmawi, and the Cultural Attaché, Maysar Muhammad Yunus.
