The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Naeem Al-Aboudi, arrived today, Thursday, in the Turkish capital, Ankara, on a two-day official visit, based on an invitation from the Chairman of the Higher Education Authority, Erwal Ozvar, to discuss joint cooperation programs among educational institutions in the two countries.
