The Minister of Health, Saleh Mahdi Al-Hasnawi, met in his office at the Ministry's headquarters today, Wednesday, with the Greek Ambassador to Iraq, Georgios Almanos, in the presence of the Chairman of the Parliamentary Health and Environment Committee, Majid Shankali, and a number of specialists in the Ministry. During the meeting, the prospects for joint health cooperation between the two sides were discussed. The Minister affirmed, according to a statement by the Ministry of Health, the Ministry's readiness to cooperate with the Greek side in all health fields. He also invited his Greek counterpart to come to Iraq to enhance the prospects for health cooperation between the two countries in a way that enhances the health situation and provides efficient medical services to citizens.
