The Iraqi Red Crescent Society announced sending a shipment of medical aid and medicines to Lebanon via the Iraqi Air Force. It said in a statement that the aid shipment was prepared to meet the needs of Lebanese hospitals as a result of the recent events. The society stated: "The sent materials include various medical supplies for injuries and supplies that contribute to saving the lives of the injured and help doctors perform their work during emergency situations, intensive care, and surgical operating rooms.
