Baghdad, The Federal Intelligence and Investigation Agency arrested two persons accused of trying to sell (4) girls in Baghdad. A statement by the Agency stated that its units specialized in combating organized crime/human trafficking department had monitored information indicating the presence of two defendants, a man and a woman, who intended to sell four adult girls in Baghdad for an amount of five million Iraqi dinars for each of them. He added: "Immediately, an intelligence work team was formed, to verify the accuracy of the information, and to arrest those accused of the crime red handed while they received the money. When they were interrogated, they frankly admitted to the charge." The Federal Intelligence and Investigation Agency called on citizens to report such cases by calling the toll-free hotline (144).
