The Governor of Najaf, Youssef Gnnawi, discussed with the Iranian Minister of Interior, Ahmed Vahidi, and the government delegation accompanying him the special preparations to receive the Arbaeen visitors. The media office of the Najaf Governor stated: 'The meeting was about participating in covering the million-man visit and providing the necessary services and facilities to the visitors.' He added, "We explained to the Iranian delegation the role of Najaf in the Arbaeen visit as a main starting point. We also made clear that the people of Najaf are mobilizing all their energies for the sake of service, and we welcomed the Husseini processions and the service effort that will be participated by the Iranian side." He continued: 'We pointed out that Najaf is facing problems in the process of return the visitors back and transporting them, and we are striving to solve that. Najaf needs to provide the necessary and best services, and we have a complete and thoughtful plan for that.' Source: National Iraqi News Agency
