Baghdad, The Federal Court ruled, in its session today, Tuesday, to dismiss a lawsuit submitted by the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government and to cancel the state order regarding the unconstitutionality of Article 2 of the candidate registration and approval system in the regional parliament elections, due to the issuance of the judicial body's decision on the same subject.
