The Federal Bureau of Investigation announced that it has identified the person involved in the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump during an election rally in Pennsylvania at dawn today. The FBI said in a statement that the shooter was Thomas Matthew Crooks, 20 years old, from Bethel Park, Pennsylvania. For his part, the head of communications for the US Secret Service, Anthony Guglielmi, said that the gunman was 'neutralized' immediately. Earlier today, the former US President, the Republican Party's candidate for the upcoming elections, Donald Trump, was subjected to an assassination attempt in a shooting that targeted him during an election rally in Pennsylvania.
