Baghdad, The Council of Ministers decided to own land for industrial projects, and the Ministry of Finance / State Real Estate Department undertakes the sale of land on which industrial projects are built to the project owner, who obtained a license to complete the establishment under the Industrial Investment Law for the Private and Mixed Sectors No. (20 of 1998) at the time of issuance of this decision, as an exception to the public auction. The Council of Ministers also decided, in its session held today, Tuesday, to oblige the Ministry of Oil to provide industrial projects with gas oil at a price of 400 dinars per liter.
