Baghdad, The Council of Ministers decided to approve the issuance of the first amendment to the Reconstruction Fund System for the Poorest Governorates (5 of 2023), based on the provisions of the Constitution, and to facilitate the implementation of the provisions of Article (55) of Budget Law No. (13 of 2023), taking into account the notes of the Legal Department in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.
