The River Rescue teams recovered a seven-year-old child after he drowned yesterday evening, Sunday, in the Tigris River, south of Mosul.

A source in the Nineveh Police told the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / that "the River Rescue teams recovered the body of a child after he was drowned yesterday, Sunday, in the Tigris River in Hammam Al-Alil, south of Mosul," noting that "the body was handed over to the forensic medicine department in Mosul."
