The Counter-Terrorism Service announced the arrest of (3) terrorists and the destruction of 13 caches for the terrorist ISIS in three governorates. The Service said in a statement: "Based on intelligence information and continuous follow-up operations, our heroes carried out a series of operations in various areas of the country," indicating that: "Within the coordination and cooperation operations with the Operations Directorate of the Asayish Service of the Kurdistan Region, two terrorists were arrested in Sulaymaniyah Governorate." Itadded: "Within the framework of tracking down the remnants of the terrorist ISIS gangs, the service forces carried out a qualitative operation that resulted in the arrest of one of the most dangerous terrorists working in a security position in the so-called (Southern State Sector) and had previously participated in many battles that took place in Anbar Governorate." It explained that: "During the inspection and monitoring operations, the apparatus forces carried out an air drop operation that resulted in the destruction of (13) hideouts containing explosive devices and quantities of C4 explosive material, in Kirkuk Governorate.
