Al-Bayda Province Tenders Committee, headed by Governor Abdullah Idris, approved on Sunday tenders for service and development projects in a number of districts. The meeting, which was attended by the provimce's deputy for unit affairs, Abdullah Al-Jamali, the directors of the Agriculture Office, Abdullah Al-Amiri, the Agricultural Projects Financing Unit, Muhammad Al-Haidi, and the Fisheries Resources Office, Ahmed Idris, approved a project to purchase Sheo equipment for the agricultural unit to support agricultural projects and initiatives in the Province, with an amount of 50 million riyals, financing the agricultural unit. At the meeting, Governor Idris stressed the importance of concerted efforts to implement the projects approved in the investment program for the current year, according to priority. He stressed the need to unify societal and official visions to support initiatives and follow up on the implementation of projects to contribute to improving services , the needs of sectors, especially ag riculture, dams, water barriers, and hard land reclamation. Al-Bayda Governor pointed out the importance of coordination between the technical committee and the concerned offices to complete development and service projects according to the specifications and within the specified time period... stressing the keenness of the local authority to implement service and development projects, in a way that contributes to improving services.
